I just emailed admissions because I have to get back to another school by 5/9 and received this email. Thought people in the same position might be interested:

Thank you for contacting the Office of Undergraduate Admission.
Transfer admission decisions are released on a rolling basis as they are made. Students may hear from us at any time between now and late May. Unfortunately, we are unable to predict when in that window an individual’s decision will be released, as applications are not reviewed in the order they were received, nor is there a standard length of review.

This doesn’t sound too promising for me. Was hoping they’d maybe be able to offer an early read like Georgetown does, but wasn’t counting on it considering the number of applicants

@McDrew123 thank you!!! Admissions is a crap shoot. I’m sorry about the outcome, but definitely don’t take it personally. Best of luck with the rest of your decision. I’m sure you’re a great applicant!
@Ashtash Same! If I don’t get into Northwestern, I want to go to Vandy so I’m hoping to hear before May 9th!

@addie453 I’d be very much worried, because I know I am. My administration sent in the wrong forms, and I just recently fixed that, so I didn’t receive my decision in the past wave. A friend of mine who also had this happen called Vanderbilt, and from the sounds of it, we are now filling in the spots of those who do not put down their deposit. So chances are hindered. 
@addie453 I had a similar problem. I turned in my college report and transcript in March but they didn’t process it until like a month later. I called them a couple of times to see if they receive it but they wouldn’t know and kept telling me it may take more time to process it. I even emailed the undergrad office and my admission advisor but i never hear them back! I just waited and my docs were finally processed around mid April. it seems like vanderbilt is PRETTY slow at processing things. btw, the reps on the phone weren’t very friendly neither.
I really hope I hear from Northwestern this week!! Also Uchicago is coming out this Thursday which is crazy, I’m so nervous and I have finals

@igottatransfer I am pretty sure it will be this thursday because on all of the previous threads, after the checklist disappears from the portal the decisions come out that next week. I am pretty confident it will come out then but ofc i cant me 100% sure haha
