I’m unclear exactly why he resigned. Was it a case of damned if he did, damned if he didn’t? Or the trustees forced him? Or he just didn’t want to deal with the regime because he had a good back up plan? Does a Trump-friendly president replace him?

Word on the street is he was forced to resign. He’s been at odds with what the Trustees wanted since he was hired. IMO, it’s a shame as he is a really good man who cares deeply about the students.
