Anyone heard of this … any reactions?

(A friend of mine took a position there, and I was just curious - I have never heard of it.)

I haven’t heard that in thirty years at least. I think it is a private business college in Michigan – at least that is what it was waaaay back in the early 70s. There were a couple of them back then - private career oriented college, Davenport and Baker being the other two. Davenport and Baker I still hear about, Northwood haven’t heard in a long time.

They have expanded to several campuses, I believe. There is one in Texas. A friend’s d attended there. She liked it - but it is very non-traditional. Mostly commuters. A big percentage of foreign students. Still business oriented. Friend’s D was not a high achieving student and it was one of the only school she could get into.
