<p>Hi im currently a NJ resident who applied to Rutgers University and St Johns University. Later on I plan to apply to Connecticut University and Vermont University after SATs. My numbers arent great but I am hoping that they will get me into at least one of the colleges above. After junior year, my gpa was 3.7 and I have a 1790 SAT( 64 W 63 Cr 53 M). As mentioned above I have not applied to Connecticut or Vermont yet but I am stuck whether or not to go with SJU or Rutgers. At Rutgers, I would plan to study Pre Med. At SJU, they have a 7 year optometry program. I want to choose SJU but 1. My mother is against it because of area and 2. I am not sure whether or not the optometry program would land a job later on. Could anyone with experience help?</p>
