Notre Dame REA Class of 2024

@coolkid13151 It doesn’t make all that much of a difference in the regular pool if you are REA deferred or an RD applicant, respective acceptance/rejection rates are about the same for both groups during RD.

good essay but ecs were not as good.

Deferred. 35 ACT, 4.0 Unweighted, 10 APs, strong essays (according to my teacher who helped edit it), idk about recs since I haven’t seen them but I imagine they were good, above average extracurriculars, but could be lackluster compared to other applicants. It stinks having to wait until March, but I have other options I’m excited about, so there’s that  Congrats to everyone accepted, to those rejected or deferred, hang in there!
