Yep, I think that’s always been there.
The wait gonna kill me,… I don’t know why I even care so much other than I am a domer… ND is not my daughter top choice, too expensive, not taking all APs toward graduation, too cold, too far, too windy, , not even have the top major my daughter interested, I am try to make my not to disappointed later, Grrrr

It’s a brutal process…that’s for sure! Our daughter is a Junior at ND. Husband is an alum. And yes, cold, expensive, windy but we are still hoping for another Irish grad in our fam. We’ll see! Good luck to all.

Deferred. A little crest fallen. Now we’re in limbo. Any idea what the odds of acceptance are from here?

Rejected. But we are fine since it was a stretch school and we did the application for fun. Tonight she got into USC so she was happy but still waiting on her top choices don’t announce till Jan and Feb.

Rejected. Triple legacy including current junior sister, dad and grandad. 4.3 GPA, tons of APs, varsity soccer captain, all the bells and whistles. Definitely heartbreaking but time for a new adventure I suppose. Good luck to all. It’s a great school!

Deferred, both parents are domer with dad a triple, 1560 sat and salutatorian school size 740 wonder what type kids they accept… I am upset but I guess we tried, I don’t even think I will let her go there anyway just because the cost and time to get the degree, 320k for 4 yrs vs 120k for 2.5 yr woth APs, now I make my peace…

I feel like my daughter applied because I asked her because she is a legacy even though it is not even her top choice and now she is so upset and she has cal 3 final tomorrow, I feel so bad what I done to her , I let my personal preference effect her in a negative way
