It looks like most schools have 3 or 4 OV weekends. Does anyone know the approximate number of recruits on each visit? I’m particularly wondering for the major conferences, but any examples would be helpful. Thanks!
My son had anywhere between 3 and 6 male recruits on his OV’s. SEC and Big 10’s
D had anywhere between 4 and 9 on OV weekends two years ago–SEC/Big 10/ACC. Earlier weekends were larger, by later weekends there were less (some had committed) You can almost guess the recruiting weekends for the major conferences as most are held on home football game weekends starting in September. It is very common to run into the same recruits at multiple locations–if the coaches do a good job recruiting, they are all recruiting at the same level…and the same profile of student athlete is attracted to similar schools.
