DC train to NYC is certainly workable.
I’ve penciled in 3/11 but will be happy to use the eraser if another date is chosen

Confirming I will be in NYC 3/11/2025. Hoping to see whomever is available if an event is that day. Will be back in HNL 3/18. Haha!

I am scheduled for surgery on 2/24 (nothing terrible but needs to be done). It will have to be a last minute call – consider me an unlikely attendee.

March 11 works for me. $50 pp includes taxes; I still don’t know if we tip on top of that. Tip would make it $60/pp.

Oh dear. I’m a definite maybe. I have a doctor appt that was originally scheduled for 4/22 but I got lucky and got a cancellation spot – on 3/11! I’m hoping I get even another cancellation spot – so, I’m a definite maybe.
The Harvard Club’s address is 35 W 44th St, New York, NY 10036. We are going to the lunch buffet in the Grill Room.
Time: noon (we need to be able to snag a table(s) since that room doesn’t take reservations).
People will have to pay me, since the bill is put on the club member’s tab. cash, check, venmo, something else? – just no credit cards

Yes, I thought it was 3/11 because that is when @HImom is in nyc. Otherwise she’s in Hawaii!
