I’m pretty sure I’ll only be in NYC 3/6-3/10. It sounds fun and I’d love to attend if I’m in town but have fun whenever it is.
I am fine any Tuesday or Thursday in March. If another day is better, I can probably rearrange to be there…except Mondays are out for me.
Has the lunch buffet cost been confirmed? I was looking on the website of the Harvard Club and it said $80 per person with minimum of 20 people. That seems quite
high but maybe I’m not understanding the info correctly.
I believe that’s for a catered event, not the Grill Room with lunch buffet. But I am awaiting confirmation.

Thank you for doing this. It would be a treat. Tuesday and Thu happen to be the days I usually go in the office, but with advance notice I should be able to change my schedule.

@HImom it does not look like you will be in town on any Tuesday…And so far that looks to be the day best for those who have responded.
I would suggest March 11 or March 18. Both Tuesdays.

Reminder: I am not organizing this!!!
That said, I have an opinion, which is, we should wait at least two weeks, if not four, to pick a date. This will allow people whose plans are up in the air now to have a bit more clarity. Picking a date with six weeks’ notice I think is enough notice for most of us.
That said – I’m not organizing this – so whatever is decided is fine with me.
And let a few more people indicate they are coming, and what is convenient for them.
And @cinnamon1212 can clarify the costs also before we set a date.

We can pick a tentative date in a week so everyone interested has the opportunity to chime in and then review as needed.
I cannot do Wednesdays. But Tuesdays and Thursdays are fine.
I am here in NYC now and will be leaving in 10 days. I don’t know when I will be back again. If I am here in March, I will definitely come so right now I am following the thread.

I think we should wait a bit to choose a date. It’s a holiday week still…some folks might be traveling, visiting friends or family, and not reading here regularly until after the holiday season ends.
Let’s give more folks a chance to give this some consideration. And for @cinnamon1212 to get some clarification on the total costs and menu.

I think Harvard club sounds great. tuesday 3/11 would work for me but will be away from March 15th to 29th, so the 18th is not good.

As I said above, we can pick a tentative date next week/next year and then revisit periodically. I am very excited that this is going to happen, and also to see and eat at Harvard Club!
