Has anyone still not received their email yet? I haven’t, but I’ve seen my acceptance on the albert page.
ACCEPTED!! Tandon School of Engineering CS
International student
Tandon Scholarship - $18000
Thank God got into NYU. Today was a bad day except for NYU. rejected from all 3 ivies where I applied
Also accepted to Purdue, UCSD, UCSB, Drexel, U of Miami, U of Cincinnati (all Comp Eng.)
Can anyone please suggest which one should I go to?
@Addythechamp Purdue,UCSD, and UCSB all have FAR superior comp eng programs than the other schools you have been accepted to.
I haven’t gotten the email and my decision isn’t appearing on the albert page either. It’s not in my junk mail either. I literally have nothing.
that’s me
What’s tandon’s acceptance rate?
I’m so in shock right now. I was accepted in to Tisch! And according to my financial aid reward I think I got $72k between scholarships and federal aid! Congrats to everyone else
*Btw if you still didn’t get an email and you have a gmail, check your promotions tab. That’s where mine was.
Accepted into Tandon School of Engineering!
However, under my financial aid summary, it is a table for both 2016 and 2017 as the aid years and says “Award Access not Available” for both years. I am unsure of what this means exactly. Did I not receive any financial aid? Someone please clarify! Thank you!
What’s sterns acceptance rate?
@jorjimarie BusinessWeek said for the 2015-16 school year it was 13%
Anybody has any idea about how’s mathematics in NYU for undergraduates?
Hey guys, be sure to check your spam folder if you still haven’t received anything - mine was there all along ( sent at 5pm -_-)
Literally so happy accepted into Core Program for CAS in DC!
@teenagecrime did you apply to stern? Just curious because Cornell is a great school!
So if I had received any grant money or scholarship money it would show up on the financial aid page, right? I got in but my only financial aid is loans, stuck in the too poor to go to nyu without grants but too rich to get them rut, I guess. Are there any other nye-specific scholarships to apply for, or is everyone automatically considered for all of them?
@kaitlynjoy I’m assuming you mean the Liberal Studies Core Program? That is something completely separate from and different than CAS and I don’t want you to be misinformed when making your decision.
@seeniebeenie Can you do premed after you complete LSP?
@seeniebeenie yeah aha I was just really happy and tired from not sleeping
@scholar861 Yes. There are no restrictions on what you can do after LS Core. There are some programs that require an internal transfer application and are not guaranteed, but that’s mostly the portfolio/arts programs.
Can anyone explain the difference between the Liberal Studies program and CAS? I’m confused, as I too was accepted into LSC, but not my first choice, CAS.
