@staplercdstar thanks! I got 50k Tisch Arch Scholarship which I believe includes the need factor and then I got 16k from the Steven and Alexandria Cohen Schlp, not sure what the criteria for that is though. The rest were grants and loans.

Hey, so I made my Albert account three days ago and can’t access my financial aid yet. Anyone know what’s up with that?
Yesterday I paid $500 for the enrollment deposit and $1000 for the housing deposit for a total of $1500. There was an option of only paying the $500 first but I chose to submit both at the same time.

@jenmejli I also paid my enrolment deposit and housing deposit, but after I paid, the Admissions Decision Button under Application Status disappeared … is that for you as well ?
Ok so I got like 60,000 between two different scholarships. Does anyone know if they are renewable for all 4 years?
My FA is a $10k scholarship, $6k in grants, $3k in work study, $3.5k in subsidized loan, $2k in unsubsidized loan, and ~$47.5k in federal plus loan. … There is no way I can attend NYU. Ugh. 
For those of you who are offered scholarships, congratulations! Would you please share your stats and major with us. My S was only offered a loan for the whole amount with a horrendous interest rate. I’m a little surprised he didn’t get any scholarship or grant. I’m trying to understand what they were looking for. Accepted Film and TV Production major in Tisch.

Accepted to the college of arts and sciences (Neural Science) with a ~$45k CAS scholarship + ~$5k pell grant. I got a 28 on the ACT, 9/144, U/W GPA of 3.76 & W 4.5, full IB diploma candidate, good amount of ECs, good letters of rec, and I thought my essay was pretty decent.
accepted to the CAS for media and journalism with $50,320 CAS scholarship, $5,765 pell grant
30 on ACT, 4.2 W, 3.6 UW GPA, top 10% of ~700 senior class, 6 AP classes, student government, NHS, part time job
I think my essays were pretty good and showed how I want to live the new york lifestyle which they probably liked!

Does anyone know when the Presidential Scholars will be announced?
Accepted into Tandon and chosen for their honors program, but haven’t been offered a lick of money in schoolarships or grants. A great program but there’s no way I can go off of only loans. Does anyone know if there are any scholarships attached to the honors program? It seems weird that I wouldn’t get anything considering they want me for honors…
I got a decent scholarship (25k) for CAS with a 33 ACT and 3.97, lots of theatre, strong essays, etc. It’s a little less than what I’ve gotten from other schools for a more expensive program, but it’s more than I expected considering NYU’s reputation with aid.
Honestly so depressed that I can not attend NYU, since I received only loans. This has been my dream school since I was 10 and to see it all crumble so suddenly is awful!
It bothers me how I have higher stats than some people who got into CAS, and they are getting amazing scholarships… Meanwhile, I applied to LSP as my first choice, and I got squat and I am not that financially stable.
Does anyone’s Albert still say Financial Aid Unavailable? Does that mean it’s still under review?
