I guess you still see the FA change before the next wave to hide it using default page.
Did everyone get the email from NYU saying " where could NYU take you? " because I know people that did and didn’t. Wondering if it meant anything
I’m worried now as I am also from PA, and applied to Tandon but have no change in my Albert. I think I have a good shot, although my SAT and GPA are low, but my ECs are good and my Why NYU is great (IMO). If someone could let me know if it is possible that they just haven’t put it in. That would be useful or if you want to chance me let me know!!! Thanks!
@collegeJerome Yea I got the email as well. I read it through but it just wanted people to apply for its Regular Decision. It might mean nothing. But surely I hope it does.
Hey guys, current Junior in HS here (I know I’m early, but I figured I’d check out this thread :P). Are you allowed to apply to a certain school, but also have a second choice? In other words, can I apply to Stern, but if I don’t get in, can I get into CAS if I listed it as my second choice? (given that my stats are good enough for CAS lol)

@tandon2020 I think it’s totally possible that they haven’t put it in; or better yet, your change might have already happened, you just missed the chance to see it lol
Either way, I’d say don’t get your hopes all up and be prepared for both acceptance and rejection.
@roboticsnerd33 yes, if you don’t get into Stern you’d be considered for CAS.

Hey! I know I’m a bit late to the party, but would anyone be able to give me some insight into my chances? It’s been killing me for a 5 weeks…
I applied ED for Tisch Film and TV.
I have a 3.7 unweighted GPA
1990 composite SAT score (650 math, 650 reading, 690 writing)
I have taken the most rigorous classes available at my school all four years (A level or AP) and have won numerous art awards both through my school and statewide. I have been involved in my school’s CTE Video Production classes and pull a 99 average.
I am HEAVILY involved with the video production club and the theater program at my school (like 20+ hours a week outside of school), as well as a number of other ECs. I also have internship experience.
The merit of my common app essay and my portfolio essay can be justified by the fact that I have won a good deal of writing awards throughout the state.
I know that the normal Common App is only 50% of the application, but does anyone know if I might have a shot? I’m really tough on myself, and I was really proud of my writing portfolio as well as my portfolio film, so I think that might say something about it.

The change is if it says the “No Self-Service Access for this aid year”, If i’m correct.

I got the exact same change as @cali1998 , but I have never done their summer program
@sandmankraju I did a fall course recently. It ended in the beginning of November. Does that mean anything?
@chlxbb are you saying you just got the change again after it disappeared??
@cali1998 Maybe people who have done camps or classes there still have the change? Is there anybody else that still has the change or recently got the change? And have they taken classes or camps at the school before?
@chlxbb I guess that “theory” can be trashed. Did you get the change in a previous wave or is this the first time?
