The housing change is when you see an option to sign up for housing for a non-summer semester under the main student portal. It’s not on the bursar’s portal at all. NYU will let anyone send them money.

What do you mean you “received” it? Do you mean it wasn’t assigned before and is now, or did you actually send yourself an email to a gmail account or something?
