i’m so over it… so many people have gotten their decisions already.
Why do you think they didn’t release rejections yet? They usually don’t wait till the end to do that. It’s usually scattered at random times. This is so strange
i’m thinking about sending them an email and explain to them that as an international student who is currently still in her dorm and has to move out by the end of may and can’t go back to her country (i’m basically stuck here for Gods sakes) I need my decision so that I can see whether I can move to NYC already and get an apartment there or stay here in Louisiana and get a new apartment here. I tried to explain them my situation on the phone but the lady kept saying “we give out decisions in May and June” as if I didn’t just explain a whole situation. I know that it is not their problem, but it is still a big problem that i’m facing right now.
should I email them? or just wait untill they send a decision which they probably will do once I start growing grey hair :neutral:

Also, does anyone know why NYU shortened the time to accept their offer to only 1 week now?
@Sampats looks like they’re trying to pressure people into accepting because they lost so much money. Some of my friends were trying to get an extension and it wasn’t granted so they had to pay deposits to save their spots while waiting for other schools.

It’s frustrating that they’re not more understanding. Do you think she’ll decline the offer because of that?
So I finally send the school an email. I really hope that they won’t take it as if I’m trying to put pressure on them or anything…

No rejections has been released yet. I assume they might release in late may to june, according to last year’s thread…
