on an entirely different note, due to my inability to function the last two days i have absolutely no idea of whats on my calc quiz in a few periods. and im not sorry for that

Haha my calc test went ok. Failed the bio test tho. Thanks NYU, you owe me

any other rejections?

At what time do u guys think acceptances will be sent out

@joshuaj @Fujii Applicants are dropping like flies. Hope we’re not next.

On one hand I like that the NYU application process has been such a rollercoaster and on the other I’d prefer just a simple yes/no at a set time. If you guys think about it, we’re the only applicants that have been speculating since the start because of the glitches on NYU Albert, and we’re now speculating what’s going on at the moment. Most people are just told to log in at 5 PM on a certain date and that’s it.

@Siberian I agree. It’s kinda twisted but kinda exciting. I just have never had this much anxiety about something!!

@Senor I have a feeling it will be noon EST time but who knows at this point.

do you guys think rejections in the east coast are done?

@Senior I wish so much!!!

another thing to keep in mind is that there are like ~7000 ed applicants, and about 20 people in this thread. people could be getting rejected right now and we’d have no idea

heard of any people that got deferred?

It’s only first period for me here in Cali… I hate thinking that I’ll have to wait another 6 hours to check my email… So anxious!

Still no email from NYU. Central time: 10:33 am.

Learned today that I tore my ACL and will never play soccer again.
I just really need some good news

do you know if FA package would be release at the same time with acceptance email?

http://www.nyu.edu/admissions/undergraduate-admissions.html

look at that first item…

@yungmoney yes, but due to the nature of how they are sending the decisions, we have enough info to make educated guesses. None of the westerners have received anything, while east coast and international have both received rejections. We have people from all over, so if it truly is a regional set up they are using we have probably people from each area.

@PoliSciSyd Wow, I am really sorry to hear about your ACL. Two of my close friends played soccer and also tore their ACLs. That is one nasty injury. I pray you get in!

@whybrick that is what they plan on doing according to the man i talked to

Does stern change programs if you asked to be considered for different schools?

and how many people here are from the west coast? 4-5?

imo that is way too small of a sample to make even educated guesses

im just as nervous as you but i want things to stay practical
