<p>idk, everyone from nyc received theres at 1am, no exceptions, so i think the waves are all at the same time by regions so 4-5 kids still reflects the fact that they have yet to send anything to the west. idk</p>

<p>^ well it would either be done at 5pm est, or like 9pm est. it depends on whether they plan to have them all sent out before their work day ends or after. someone staying home should call and find out!!</p>
