Did u get a request for an interview?? I did and I missed it. I don’t see much hope for myself at this time.
Hey, I applied to Stern for RD and was wondering if interviews meant anything. I see some ppl are given the opportunity but I didn’t even know they were a thing for anyone besides those who applied to arts (performing/visual)
Also, it’s really nice to meet you guys. I’m glad I’m not going to have to wait for my admissions decision alone
I think you are correct that interviews are only for certain majors/schools.
Have any Stern applicants received an interview yet? Or is that done later?
Interviews hardly count for anything as far as I know. My friends who got in ED Stern none had interviews
Likely the only reason they would give you an interview is if they’re really on the fence about you and they want to hear more from you personally before making a final decision.

Since April 1 is a Saturday this year, do you think we will get our decisions a day earlier this year? or would they release decisions on a weekend?

@mtinchicago last year they did it a day early so I wouldn’t be surprised if they moved it a day earlier this year as well. But they won’t tell say anything for sure until a couple days before most likely.

I was an ED2 applicant who got deferred to Reg Decision, I checked the housing portal and I got the change for “Academc Year 2017-2018” which is what showed up for people who got accepted ED2… am I looking into this too much or ???
Which housing portal and what school did you apply to? I would think that’s a good sign
