<p>I can’t really say whether it helps to be Chinese - are you applying to Shanghai, lalamonster? Did you have an interview?</p>

<p>Hey I had her too - yeah I was interviewed. Yeah she was really nice. I liked her a lot. Even when she asked like standard interview questions that usually make me feel awkward it felt natural.</p>

<p>That is really weird - I don’t recall her writing anything down. I mean she was giving me eye contact the whole time, so I don’t think she was writing…</p>

mine was over the phone and I think that if it had been over Skype he wouldn’t have taken notes for me either</p>
<p>i think the ED pool of shanghai nyu is larger than RD pool…</p>

<p>theres only 149 spots, and it’s attractive for being new.</p>
<p>That being said, it’s hard to say how many people are applying without numbers. However, I do know that they are interviewing quite a few people.</p>
