Yea I know, I’m just worried bc its mid-may and theyre just now reviewing it. i saw a comment earlier saying the more outstanding applicants got accepted first? that kinda stung bc i had 10 really good ecs and good grades :((

I literally have the same situation. But these schools are reach schools, so expectations should be realistic. But good luck to you and everyone still waiting
My checklist disappeared about a week ago, so did my withdraw button, but the update buttons remained. I applied to Gallatin. Nothing new happened, and everything like FA, transferable credits and NYU classes is still unavailable. I called the AO last Friday and the man on the phone told me that my application had been reviewed and was still under consideration, and I would get the decision within 2 weeks. I guess I just became their planB and whether they accept me depends on how many students in front of me declined their offer.

I feel like quite a decent amount is going to decline because of costs, but some probably already knew NYU doesnt give aid to transfers
Well at this time I really hope they would make a more cost-effective choice and let me pay for the seat which costs 2000 dollars in the library lol.
Is anyone on here Steinhardt? I feel like I’m one of the only Steinhardt applicants who haven’t heard back. My major is Educational Theatre and my checklist disappeared on April 29th.
I think they tell everyone that they are being reviewed. So many people call them to ask so everything they say is just a generic response that they have to give everyone in order to prevent anxious applicants calling them and asking

I’m a Steinhardt applicant. My major is early childhood and special education. My checklist hasn’t even disappeared yet. I’m trying not to be worried about it lol. I’m hoping it’s because I applied to the CCTOP scholarship and people have said it takes a while.
