Guys i have a question. So basically i need to take statistics as a pre req and i don’t have it but I notified them that I will be taking it in the summer do u think there might be a chance i get rejected because of it. Cus i think that what happened to me in cornell 
like nyu might go easier than cornell w pre req or they are all the same so i can just know that im gonna get rejected and stop waiting
tbh i think as long as you finish the course before you enroll at NYU u should be fine. don’t stress about it, they understand the situation and you even told them you are taking it over the summer. i don’t think this is a reason why they might reject someone, so dw

they always expect you to finish the credit before you enroll at their school and take classes there. So it isn’t a big deal

Omggg thank u so much its cus i feel like i added it to my portal late even tho i told them in the beginning of may to make a note on my app so lets hope they got it before making a decision but thank u so muchhh yall are the best

honestly even completing and turning in the application is a huge accomplishment so whatever the outcome is we will get to where we are supposed to be one way or another! we have worked really hard to get to this point so let’s hope to hear good news soon

yes everyone, this process is TOUGH, but guess what? we all came so far and worked so hard. We all know how unpredictable the application process is, so if 1% just 1% it doesn’t turn out the way you want, just remember you have nothing to regret about bc u all worked your butt off to be here. What is meant to be, will happen and just trust the goddamn process hehe. And yes, we are all stressed and annoyed bc of the date and all that stupid indicators and may not even be true. So just take a deep breathe, and remember this isn’t the end of your educational journey. It is a dream for so many ppl, but who said you can never get in? if u miss this chance, u have grad programs and all that stuff. Just believe in urself and be positive that everything will work out.

You are literally the best you deserve everything you wish i really hope everything turns out great for you and go to your dream school (nyu right) im so happy i actually had a conversation with someone like u!! I really hope we all make it to nyu and even if i don’t you r right they might be better options for us we may not know it now but maybe sometime in the future. We all worked so hard for this i really hope nyu admission would read this conversation and see how bad we are all trying to make it
