I don’t think seeing COA appear at midnight is a guarantee but some accepted students have seen it appear at midnight or shortly after, yes. In some cases I think I’ve read that COA has even appeared during the day just hours before or even right before getting an acceptance

where would i see COA? just as soon as i log into the portal?
It could appear in your Albert —> where the finances are, I believe, but I may be mistaken

You can access COA by logging into Albert > Financial Aid > Financial Aid Links and you will see estimated cost of attendance for the 2021 - 2022 COA I believe.
