I don’t think that’s necessarily accurate. I’m pretty sure NYU said we would all be notified by June 1st whether that’s an acceptance, waitlist, or rejection, but perhaps they really are delaying the whole process and will release decisions later than the aforementioned decision date.
I hope it’s by June 1st because that’s just a weekend away 🥲

I don’t think that really matters, as long as it wasn’t after the deadline.
That’s true, it shouldn’t matter since they say they’re not rolling, but I guess I’m trying to make sense of all the waiting/the way they’re going about it 
They told me that some applicants were notified in weeks prior, so I think it is rolling.
Edit: The wait maybe because they have to also see the number of students leaving. That could be why they are waiting for the 1st week of June, since a lot other colleges have a transfer commitment deadline of June 1st.

Yes this would make sense honestly. Let’s hope they make this evident by releasing a bunch of decisions by early June

Lmao I feel this. Every time I want to ask them about the timeline or question them about the status of my app, I decide not to bc I get paranoid they’re going to hate me and put a big note of: reject

Last year if you were waitlisted the ddl can extend to July 15th lol. That’s crazy. Hope all of us can get decisions sooner this year
