oh true, i mean I do think it could be acceptances. even tho there were rejections the first week of june last year, this year has been very different. unless a lot of accepted applicants haven’t been posting on here or on reddit, i haven’t seen a lot of people get accepted so far this year to warrant a ton of rejections already.
Yeah especially for stern like they haven’t had a lot of acceptance i think like only two people heard back and they both declined and i think someone heard last month and they accepted it yest so idk and this year i think it has been a week behind last year so if they have been a lot of rejections in the first week of june last year then it will be in the second week of june this year
Should I be worried if both my buttons are still there… Checklist disappeared 2-3 weeks ago
Nooo dont be it just means they still haven’t made a decision
What buttons do you still have? My daughter has the Artistic Review Portal (Drama Major) and NYU Personal Information Update.
What is the artistic view portal
It was where you uploaded items for audition majors. My daughter is a drama major.
Ohhh i see
what button(s) do you still have in your application portal?
My buttons disappeared! OMG finally. I’m hoping its not a rejection, since we are one of the last ones

Just update personal button
What is ur major
i only have the personal info update button now. Before I had the personal info and application info update buttons
I have a feeling this is the big wave of acceptance
I just checked and I only have my personal info update button now! I’m freaking out! I hope it’s good news
Guys im so scared what if this a mix of both

like im shaking
That’s what I’m scared about
Damn bro
Guys so from what I’ve seen (just based on last year’s thread), first big wave (if it hasn’t happened already) for CAS and Tisch applicants was a lot of acceptances, first wave for external Stern applicants was a lot of acceptances, and I saw Tandon, Rory Meyers, and Steinhardt acceptances too.
These first big waves were in the last week of May, on the Friday or Tuesday. It rolled over into the first week of June I believe. Gradually, some more acceptances rolled in from CAS, Stern, Tandon, Meyers, and Steinhardt, but typically actual waves after the big ones looked like rejections and waitlists.
Waitlisted applicants heard back on July 15th, I believe, and most, if not all, were denied. However, waitlist conditions vary every year.
So since everything seems to be pushed back with us by 1 week, I believe our big waves should be this coming first week of June and into the second week.
please take my words with a grain of salt as the pattern can obviously vary in many ways every year
Omggggg u r an angel for this so does that mean this is a wave of acceptance
