Dorming. In fact, if I’m not able to get a dorm I can’t go 
. Apartments are so expensive in Manhattan! Many landlords lowered prices due to the pandemic/widespread vacancies, but it would be tough trying to afford one (even with a roommate). The lowered prices look comparable to that of apartment prices here in Central CA, and I can’t even afford that with my current job. Hopefully they’ll have enough housing to accommodate those who need it

it depends if i get accepted the NYU campus or Paris campus for the fall. my first choice I put NY so if I do go then id rather get an apartment bc cheaper we’ll see tho

ya they did but it probably depends on the neighborhood
lowk i imagine greenwich and stuff to still kinda pricer since they know students wanna live as close to NYU as possible
also tbh the reality is that a lot of NYU students are willing to fork over the $$$ for convenience and they are probably more well off than most since it is just an expensive school to begin w
i think so but if so many people are looking for apartments the prices are gonna go up
