yeah i also disagree. At least for tisch it says right on the transfer applicant page that their most competitive applicants have the most credits completed.

I think for housing they do prioritize sophomores but as far as admittance goes someone whose completed two years versus someone whose only done a semester or two definitely gets looked at as a better candidate
i think it changes to just summer the day of your decision
My housing changed around this morning to summer housing only. Hoping its a good sign
