My daughter did yes although she won’t get any. I suspect the one time the AO may have been truthful was today when they told someone who called that the button disappearing didn’t mean anything since it’s too late to update the app. If you guys don’t get a decision today I’m going to lose it.

truth. UGH. The only real indicator is COA showing up. That has always been 100% acceptance.

From what I’ve read from last year, yes people have seen COA appear after receiving their official acceptance letter as well.

it’s happened almost simultaneously with some that were accepted. But most see it slightly before the decision.
