question, for those who haven’t heard yet what year are you going into? im a rising junior so i wonder if people in my year are receiving results last or smth
asking bc i figure it’ll be useful for next year’s applicants to know
rising junior but i know some sophomores who are waiting too, so i don’t think year matters in this case?

Hey I know I am late to this but I was rejected as well yesterday. Really hurts to have seen that three times now. If you see me on the big screen 40 years from now talking in interviews how I was rejected three times from NYU, you’ll know it was me. i’m so sorry to everyone who was rejected or waitlisted yesterday. i haven’t heard a thing and i’m just very confused. im a political science major applying to CAS and if there was a major wave yesterday of rejections i don’t understand why people are still waiting… did they just not look over some applications or what… i haven’t heard back from any schools so i’m just getting frustrated with this whole process.

Honestly I don’t know what to think. I’m in the same boat. I hope our wave is acceptance since they did a large rejection wave but I’m not sure

Someone mentioned that NYU fall returning student registration started at May.24 this year, while it usually started in April in previous years. Also, some people who got accepted would not like to admit to NYU. So I guess we still have the chances. NYU needs more time to figure out how many seats are available for us.

Got accepted yesterday, button disappeared Saturday.
Gallatin applicant, international, GPA3.62, 2LORs, got rejected from NYU 2 years ago.
