I am thinking if it is EVERYTHING you want like you said, then do it. The additional cost is JUST for one year while in london. Then u come back to ny and it will be the normal cost.

You are paying more for the London experience, but that would be true to go abroad for pretty much any school. Judging from your post, you will want to go abroad at some point regardless of the school you attend. If nyu is ur dream school I would say go for it, and get a really good summer job to help with the cost. (Also europe is way less expensive than nyc, so living expenses might even be cheaper.)

many, many of us are cooked dw :smiling_face_with_tear:

unfortunately neris, we all are. they’re taking way too long to take action on CAS. Either there’s no spot available or a big wave coming. Possibility for the latter one is way low.

I literally have no idea how I got into Cornell but not NYU… I have been placed on the waitlist a while ago but still haven’t heard back, has anyone heard back from CAS for Econ?

but we’ll c what happens

I have also been admitted into an abroad program for the college I’m committed to right now. For me, to decide between the abroad program and another school with scholarship, it was a factor of the major related opportunities available for me abroad. The program would allow me to engage with prestigious unis nearby for possible internships and program. Additionally, my tuition abroad is significantly cheaper than the tuition I’d have to pay at the US campus (as I believe is the case of most schools as tuition in Europe is cheaper than the US). I understand it’s a hard decision but regardless of what you choose I’m sure you’ll be successful in both!

Probably a big wave today or next week. But its odd, there’s not much movement at Steindhart. Atleast not that we know of.
