hi! I applied to Rory Meyers EDII. I opted for liberal studies core in the waitlist response.
hi I’m new to the thread too! I applied to LS core RD and put that, stern and CAS on the WL
I checked my housing portal and it says spring 2025 admit, does everyone have that? My whole checklist is still there.
Apparently the housing portal updating with ‘Academic Year 2024-2025’ is not an indicator you will be off the waitlist.

No not everyone. We think that is an indicator for spring admission into LSC. Congrats!
What was your original WL school? Are you RD/ED1/ED2, international or US and Full Pay or FA?
Oh how interesting…i mean yeah only the letters are a for sure thing but I guess indicators mean very little

Oy vey…well I guess we will find out today/tomorrow if housing is an indicator at all. 7 ppl on here have it.
mine says “Welcome to NYU! Our records indicate you are being admitted to the Spring 2025 term. Please check back here in mid-October to complete the housing application. If you have already paid your housing reservation payment with your admissions deposit, it will be applied to the Spring 2025 term and will be noted in your application.” is that any different from the "Academic Year 2024-2025’ or does it all mean the same as in its just fluff and take lightly.
I dont know if its for sure but ill drop stats to add to the info. I was originally waitlisted for CAS but added LSC. I am RD, US, and 99 percent sure i put full pay.

mine says that too, if it turns out its not an indicator then thats pretty cruel😭
They were a waitlist when that happened.
