@scarlettlovesivy Lowest I’m expecting is a 550 but yeah that double 20 question math section killed me. the first one was experimental and the 2nd one(the much harder) the real one. had no idea how to answer the shaded circle and that function table. I feel good though. My essay is not very good because the topic caught me off guard but I think the most i got wrong in W is like 5 so with an 8 essay that’s like 650-660 so I feel despite my bad math score that I reached 1800+
What was your goal for this test?

@sat2014 You’re looking at a 570-580 for Math. MAYBE a 600 if the curve is nice.

@GodsGem322 after leaving my test center, if someone told me I would get over a 550 in math, I would be relieved. I knew I did poorly on the Math part. The questions caught me off guard and I panicked. NEVER PANIC ON THE SAT. Looking back, I don’t think math was as bad as I thought before but it was harder than June’s. eager to find out my CR score. want a 620. lot of debated questions. these 11 days can’t come sooner <:-P

i think i got like 8 wrong in cr but half of them are debated so i decided i’m gonna just chill and wait

13/19 on vocab 5 skipped 1 wrong. feel confident saying that and 38/48 on passage questions. 1 skip and 9 wrong. probably a 620 which I will gladly take over the 460 I got in June :)

I love how everyone is panicking while I’m straight chilling. However, I got the ACT to worry about but the act is more straightforward so that’s a plus.

i’m taking the ACT and i am only studying for a week god help me

worst mistake I ever made was taking the SAT too soon. after geting a 1570 in march, I rushed and took it in May. didn’t study 100% and my score didn’t go up much. June that CR section killed me. I asked my parents what my worst section would be on my final SAT. Mom guessed it right. she said I would do much better in CR and do pretty crappy on math. looks like she will be right :O

@scarlettlovesivy the dash question in the writers block passage was definitely the answer that said definition in it. It was informing the reader what writer’s block is, thus defining it.

@emersonballer21 do you remember the answer option with long task or something like that though

@sat2014 you’re looking at 620-630 CR

11 more days!

What did you guys put for the question regarding the misuse of the word flavor? It was part of the passage saying how people use the word flavor when they really mean taste, because flavor is actually a mixture of both.

@scarlettlovesivy I do not but i am positive that the answer was give a definition. Maybe what you’re thinking about is from a different question.

@emrsonballer21 i hope it was a diff question i’m getting all of the questions mixed up

@karnier IDo you remember some of the answer choices?

ok I’m pretty sure the answer to that question was a big word mistaken thinking. something like that. failed witticism was wrong and so were the others.the smell passage wasn’t bad. only 1 i got wrong was the first question. The answer was playful introduction. Couldn’t see it until after the test

Extremely apt or somewhat relevant?

I’m gonna stay up all night on the 28th. My CB account uses my father’s email instead of mine and I definitely don’t want him seeing my score before I do

extremely apt. apt means appropriate and for that question, that made perfect sense. Don’t want to stay up all night. got school the next day and I’m sure parents won’t let me ditch. Anybody remember the answer to the question that asked about the gymnast and what the author would say? I said that she had more desire than any of her competitors. what did you guys put? It was question 15
