***Oct 2014 SAT (US ONLY)***

I thought i got -4 but i got a 730 CR so im guessing i actually got -5… i know -1 and -2 are both 800, other than that im not sure

we will not know until november 4th(score reports) but I expected a little higher than 610 like 620/630.

I’m hoping that college board messed up and will show that I omitted answers (I did not). That way I can shove 55 bucks in their face, get my points back, and get my 55 bucks refunded.

1940! I am on Cloud 9 >:D<

@dhizzy maybe you just got them wrong… Your pride is getting in the way.

Seeing people upset over scores higher than mine makes me feel crappy about being content with my 2220… Lol

pretty sure i’m a hypocrite because i said 2100+ is good and i’m crying over that???

@KelMoo I totally agree. I was ecstatic about my 2200 until I saw was people complaining about 2250+ scores

“Omg I got a 2400 with an 11 essay should I retake to get a 12 on the essay?? Need help guys!!”

Well, looks like this the end of the road. It’s been fun friends

@sat2014‌ Thanks for the reply. What axiom question are you referring to? Can you gimme several key words to jog my memory? For CR, I am pretty sure I got all but one vocab question wrong… though the passage-reading questions must have been a disaster (I screwed up on the architecture and Iran to Cali passages…

Thanks for your advice anyways! That was very useful.

Reading: 710
Math: 770
Writing: 770 (12 essay)

superscore: 2270

pretty happy

I thought Math was easier than the June SAT. I got 800 for Math, but totally not satisfied with CR and Writing. While I did improve 100 points for CR from June, I still think my CR score should be higher, if the test were taken not in October.

I’ve just been lurking this thread since I took the test. Its been fun following all your discussions and sharing in your same paranoia. I’m done taking this test since I’ve achieved my goal. Much thanks all!

@PeZ1997‌ I think so! I might be an athletic recruit though, it’s hard to tell at this point, but even if that doesn’t work out I’m still applying to some top schools. You?

Sooo glad I’m not taking the SAT/ACT anymore.

Got a 2350!

CR: 750
M: 800
W: 800 78MC/12E

to those surprised at those complaining about their 2399s,welcome to cc

R: 800
M: 770
W: 770 (E:12)
2340

Should I retake the SATS to raise my score up? I’m 99.999% sure I’ll be able to get a 800 in math (I made a really stupid mistake this test). But would it be worth all the time and effort? Is there even a huge discrepancy between 2340 and 2370, between 2340 and 2400?

@shiron766 I would leave it because a 2340 is practically the same as a 2370, but if you are really, really, REALLY comfortable with the test and feel like you can nail the two 800’s without really studying, then I guess you could go for that 2400. I just wouldn’t do it personally because prepping (for me) takes up a lot of time, needless to say how expensive the test is. Good job on that 2340 though!
