I was curious if anybody’s student had ever gotten a financial aid offer while on the waitlist? My daughter was sent an email and a financial aid award letter, but she is still on the waitlist at Trinity University. The email noted that not all waitlisted students received this information. She had to submit a form indicating continued interest, and they will be contacting accepted students later this week.
Does the fact that not all waitlisted students received this information mean an offer is likely coming? Or is it just another step in the process? I thought they weren’t contacting waitlisted students until after May 1st, so I was very surprised.
