Official 2011 AP Results Thread

I keep on getting transferred to their customer service every time I call. What am I doing wrong?

Chemistry 5
Biology 5
English Lang 5
APUSH 5

I’m surprised; I was truly expecting a 2 in Chem due to the acid/base FRQ, my friendly yet incompetent teacher, and my own lack of chemical prowess. Bio and English I predicted, and, for APUSH, I expected around a 4-5. Overall, I am quite pleased :)

@TheWerdy Like what happens. Does it just start ringing cause it always does that it transfer you to the auto machine thing

@ZombieDante, no, I just get transferred to customer service. The first time the lady told me that I should call the number that I had just called, and all other times I just hang up when it tells me that the call is being recorded and stuff. It also happens right after I send in my AP number.

Surprising result.
AP Chemistry 5.
CS A 5.
Plan to take more APs next year.

Stat, Calc AB, USH = Expected 5s

English Lang = Unexpected 5 (My highest CR SAT score is a 650 and on the ACT, reading was a 24…I’m not great at multiple choices and in standardized test essays, I write a lot of pages but I feel like I ramble on more than focusing on the main topic. I expected tough scoring, especially on the essays. I guess it worked out in the end!)

Chem = Expected 4 (My Subject Test in this is a 720; I’m okay at Chemistry but I should probably get better at it…I need to if I want to go to med school. The first three free responses were quite unusual from the 60+ my class had done, but overall, I’m okay.)

Very happy with my scores. I won’t let one 4 deter the confidence I gained from this first round of APs of my junior year.

Round 2 - Senior Year (5-7 APs)

Micro 4
Chem 4
Macro 4
Calc AB (sub) 5
Calc BC 5
Physics 4

AP Euro: 5

Us Gov - 5
English Language - 5
Chem - 3 :frowning: oh chem

I love how everyone is getting a 5 for English Lang, and I’m just over here hoping for a 3 ;__;

scratch that, fixed.

Stats (5)
Eng Lang (5)
USH (5)

expected 5s for each of them

U.S. Gov - 3
Environmental Science - 3
Spanish Lit - 4
Calculus AB - 1 (***FFFFFFFFF?! I was in SHOCK. I usually underestimate my scores (I prepared myself for 2s in Gov and Env. Sci. and a 3 in Spanish Lit) but for Calc I thought I got AT LEAST a 2. NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS did I think I would get a 1.)

I didn’t study for my APs at all (senioritis ftw), so I’m happy with everything except Calculus. Honestly I could have lived with a 2 but a 1 is making me wonder ***ff I’ll be doing at Duke. I’m getting a rescore although according to the CB guy the score doesn’t change 99% of the time. If it doesn’t I’ll just write it off as a bad day because I know my Calc more than my score reflects. And no, I didn’t get into Duke through AA; I’m Asian for Christ’s sakes.

/rant.

How do you check chemistry scores??

AP Biology-5 And expected

AP Macro and AP Micro -4’s…Holy crap I pretty much made it through those test on deductive reasoning instead of remembering crap since I was independent study, so I’m really proud of myself here…to bad they don’t transfer

AP Government-5 As expected…but nice to know it for sure since 5 is the 90th percentile and graders are known for being tough

AP Calculus BC-5 THANK GOD…I had a horrendous testing day, left one of the easier FRQs blank…thought I was going to crying because math was my best subject and I thought I blew. That curve must be merciful.

AP Lang: 5
AP US: 5
AP Bio: 5
AP Euro: 5

Life is good :)

That was the biggest waste of $8 EVER!

What scores did you get?

Let’s just say bad and not CC’er bad. Like normal person bad

Yeah I totally wasted 8 dollars, my college just posted my scores. College Board needs to tell us more definitely when things will arrive.
