***Official AP World History 13-14 Thread***

Found out in a tweet by the head of AP, Trevor Packer, that something went on during the AP World reading.

Sad how readers/teachers who teach this course can be so hypocritical.

Hopefully no delays right!? :expressionless:

Well that’s a shocker.

No delays–I got my score early through my university.

Uh Oh…

“2014 AP World History score: 5: 6.4%; 4: 15.8%; 3: 31.7%; 2: 27.9%; 1: 18.2%. These may shift slightly as late exams are scored.”

“A significant % of AP World History students earned 0 pts on various essays: Q1 (DBQ) 19% got 0/9 pts; Q2: 32% got 0/9; Q3: 35% got 0/9”

Praying to be part of either that 15.8% or that 6.4% :-SS :-SS

right there with ya^^^^ @PoisonIvy20

Got a 5  Thank you GetAFive.com!

lol that test was extremely easy. Never studied, never did homework…got C’s this last term of sophomore year.

Procrastinated and only read half of my review book.

Yet I got a 5. Thanks, getafive.com! Literally all the info I needed came from watching a couple hours worth of videos from that site, 2 days before the test.

^ That website was amaaaazing I get my score on Monday D:

I got a 5 (I used a proxy to check my scores). I was freaking out after I saw AP_Trevor’s tweets lol

I also got a 5

I am a 5er as well.

Pro tip to anyone taking the test next year: don’t read Barron’s; pick up Ethel Wood and use getafive. Those two are money for this exam.

I got a two… ■■■. If we take the exam next year can we chose to only send our college the higher of the two?

I got a 5!!! SO HAPPY

Ugh got a 4, should have studied some more. Congrats to all those that got 5s!

I got a 5 and I am so incredibly ecstatic!!!

5!

Got a 4!!! I know a 5 wasnt in the cards and history is NOT my subject, so this is a pleasant surprise.
For future test takers, I think I got at least 60+ MC and did the DBQ and Compare essays, but only wrote the intro of the CCOT as I ran out of time. Was honestly expecting a 2 because of that!

I got a 3, but I sort of expected it due to my screw-ups on the CCOT and DBQ as well as my poor performance on the MC. I wish they told us how we scored on the essays so I would know where I went wrong. Oh well. (I still made a 5 on my Statistics exam :P)

I think the curve was really really good this year. I know for a fact that I majorly screwed up (at least I think I did) both of the FRQs but still scored a five :p
