<p>Additionally I go to a school that is small and typically sends good students to U of M so it is possible we are on that “priority list”. I’m not sure, haven’t asked my counselor</p>

But because the acceptance rate for NU was 35%, it makes me highly doubt even getting into UMich…

<p>I never did apply to Northwestern, mostly because of lack of interest in the school in COMPARISON to UMich (and my application money was running out!), but still, it seems pretty popular with this crowd. Maybe I should have considered it, but… egh, it’d be a bit more of a reach…</p>

<p>@Saudade7, I got rejected from Cornell (not gonna put too b/c I don’t know if you were deferred)… but thankfully UM is my #2 and I’m a bit more confident for UM than I was for Cornell :)</p>
