What does rolling admission for SHA means?

@GoCornell2015‌ It means that SHA reviews applications as they come. So the earlier you submit your application, the earlier you get your decision. I’m not sure if SHA really does that.

Does this likely letter mean that we have a better chance to get in?? I am like super excited right now but I don’t want to raise up my hope too high in case I will be more disappointed in the future…
