<p>Alright guys, there seemed to be a lot of support for an essay swap... so here its.</p>

<p>Just post your email address and others can decide whether or not they want to send their essays to you. </p>

<p>Just as a word of warning, u should probably only send ur essays to people that you CAN trust... if that's possible online. Don't send it to random people that have like 1 or 2 posts... and all of a sudden wants ur essays... </p>

<p>We can also post comments here, so we can discuss each others essays as well.</p>

<p>By the way, I sent in my application Saturday night. I only have 4 posts because I recently joned the new forum after being fairly active on the old one. I took time off for marching season and summer volunteering.</p>

<p>StormMage: I like the struggle against adversity. It really highlight something that is unique about you. It's written well, and it's good because u actually have a story to tell.</p>

<p>bebere87: I'm kinda confused as to what activity u chose for your supplementary essay. It's interesting, tho. Your second one was hilarious. What an amazing idea...</p>

<p>And as for the topic of my activity essay, umm....</p>

<p>I'm kind of stretching the definition of an activity, which dictionary.com defines as "A specified pursuit in which a person partakes." I guess the actual activity upon which I'm focusing is the volunteerism/travel....</p>

<p>Hey everyone, I have to say it's been a real pleasure reading over all of your essays. I haven't read one yet that has been trite and full of cliches. CC people never cease to amaze me. It's actually really fun to get to know you guys through your personal statements. </p>

<p>Thanks for all the comments you've made about mine too! I really appreciate them. </p>

<p>Oh, and davidrune, I usually sit and stare at a blank screen when I write. I seriously have a one track mind when it comes to working; I cannot listen to music and think at the same time (ok, well maybe that's a stretch, but I definately can't write well). I actually wrote my personal statement on the porch of a relative's beach house in New Jersey looking out at the setting sun. Maybe that was part of my inspiration. I know a lot of it came from writing exactly how I felt inside and not trying to write about what the admissions office wanted to hear.</p>
