@transferneow, congratulations! getting into CAS is quite an accomplishment!

The first thing I do every day when I wake up is check my email and still nothing from CALS. What worries me is that we haven’t heard of any rejections so I am afraid they are going to come out all at once and that most of us who havent heard from CALS will be included in that bunch :(. I am generally a pretty positive girl but I am starting to think it might not be good news for me.

On a good note, every response I have gotten from other schools has been an acceptance so far. Oh and I don’t know how well this relates to Cornell but all of the other schools have granted me access to housing prior to being accepted. Though it is a little discouraging that someone on this thread had access and was denied. Either way, I still don’t have access to Cornell’s housing portal.

If we do get in though (and I am definitely going if I do), a serious party is to be had! :)

Guys, if you’re CALS and haven’t heard a decision, I wouldn’t worry. I called yesterday and they hadn’t looked at my app yet. Plus, people got accepted a decent amount into May last year.

I am officially harassing CHE. I just called them and will be calling again in an hour when everyone is back from lunch (so stupid of me to call during lunch time, duh!)

@transferneow Congrats!

@Dreaming Don’t lose hope! There’s still time!

I was just admitted by phone a little while ago. I called in and they mentioned that they just finished reviewing a load of AEM applicants so any AEM hopefuls should just bite the bullet and call before they close at 3:30.

@miami4rmjax I applied for CALS and I called earlier. And a lady told me that an advisor would call me back. And the advisor called. I asked her, “should I be happy?” And she said “yeh you should be!” Haha!!! (The decision was made yesterday!!!)

@Dreaming42012 Yes!!! U Cornell, I am cominggggg!!!

Littleone could you log in to housing this morning or last night? But I bet waiting for that phone call was very stressful hahaha congrats again!

@ggwp123, CALS usually sends acceptances through emails and rejections through snail mail. I guess they might also release decisions by phone if you request them to do so. Don’t quote me though, I am just coming to a conclusion based on previous threads. Good luck!

I wonder if I call CHE they’ll give me my decision or tell me if a decision has been made…I want to call but at the same time I’m so scared of getting rejected. Decisions decisions decisions.
