'Cause I submitted my mid-term report pretty late (after the submission of my app), just wonder, how many days does it take for you guys to receive the decision (via email/ mail) after submitting the report? Thanks!

Accepted to biological science :)!

@ronlo91 by email or snail mail?

Sorry Chris ![]()
Congrats ronlo!

By email. They said that the package will be here in several days :D.

@ronlo are you cals?

Thank you!! @miami

Yes ma’am! Cals!

I thought this video was pretty interesting guys. It’s a behind the scenes look at the admissions process at Brandeis.

So,

I called FA for the fourth time today. FINALLY they told me that my app had been reviewed this morning. The woman said that a letter probably wouldn’t be ready to send out until tomorrow sometime though. However, she was nice enough to confirm my email address and assured me that she would have the information emailed to me as soon as it was ready.

Best of luck to everyone! :)

Just letting you all know that the CAS lady is out until 1:15 ET- and the guy I spoke to said that she’s the only one who is authorized to give decisions! Suspense is killing me!

OMG my worst nightmare has come to fruition. I just called CHE and they told me that since my deadline is approaching so quickly, they will not be able to send me my decision in time so they will be giving me my decision over the phone on Monday. Eek! Doesn’t sound good to me. If I were in wouldn’t they just tell me or send my decision?

I think I’m gonna call… I would actually much rather hear from a person than by letter… I HATE the evaporation of excitement and hopefulness that happens after opening a rejection letter xD A phone call would be much easier for me to get over. That doesn’t mean I’m not nervous!

Just got my financial aid award via email. I feel so much better.

Congrats to the newly accepted, and those of you still waiting, stay positive!!! : )

@Miami,

Did they originally tell you that you will receive your decision during the middle of this week?

@ilovechemistry6 They originally said that my letter would be sent by the middle of this week, but for some reason it is taking so much longer, which is worrying me. They basically are saying that my letter won’t be sent out in time so I need to call for my decision. I feel bad for rushing them too. I don’t think that will look good for me.
