Hey guys! I just got an email last night that I was accepted. I applied as an economics major and would be entering as a sophomore. I hope that helps those of you still waiting. Good luck!

even the simple words like that gave me a bit of courage. thanks so much knight. DO you think I have a chance or is it unlikely for me?

@heaven, apply! You don’t want to regret not trying and wondering what if??

^Congrats!

Is anyone on here an English major?

@Transfer66
Based on posts from the past 3 years, I think it’s safe to say that if you haven’t heard anything by now, you have either been denied or waitlisted.

I needed to know so I asked them and in order to get a quick decision I had to send proof of other school deadlines. Well, I received an email stating based on the application and all that I most likely will not be accepted… How sweet! Lol it’s all good… Plenty of schools out there!

Good gawd. I hope at the very least I’m waitlisted. I thought I had a pretty good shot a GU too! It seems as if they’ve made a good bit of the decisions by now. Does anyone know if they’re still sticking to the June 1st deadline?

Hey guys just joined up to post here, but i wanted to tell you guys CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDERS. Somehow my decision letter (Accepted to the College, Economics Major) got filtered in there and I just checked it a couple days ago (it had been sitting in there for a week or so).

I have been following this thread for the last couple of weeks. Could someone who has been admitted tell us how long you have to reply to the offer? I am wondering whether they already have an unofficial wait list.

Hey everyone

So I finally got my early read. Unfortunately, she said I was likely to get rejected (it was actually pretty rude the way it was written, especially being a week+ after I requested it).

Anyway, I just wanted to tell people that they haven’t gone through all the applications yet for government (as of like Wednesday).

And for people wondering about stats:
I have a 3.78 ish at a school ranked 34th in US News national universities. But, my SAT scores were kind of/very low (700 m, 610 v).

@slynch. Thanks for making the facebook group! Hopefully, I’ll be able to join soon.
@theclassof2013. I’m really sorry to hear that. Are you going to go to Vandy?

@var the deposit is due on June 15th
