are u sure its meticulous, intense serves the same purpse, (intense detail)

meticulous i guess is better, but intense works i think.

meticulous - taking or showing extreme care about minute details; precise; thorough:

wasnt prefaced the one where the squids are elaborated by the authors?

doesn’t the which trigger the sells rather than selling? you could take out the each and it would be which sells, and which selling just sounds wrong.

im talking bout the squid passage, they elaborated, and the other questions was “prefaced somethign”

i had two experimental writing. just thought i’d throw that in there

wow. this is the thread with the most replies… by far. can we attribute that to the fact that most of us are out of school and have nothing better to do?

Yes, nothing better to do… other than figuring out EXACTLY what we got on the SAT right NOW. Hahaha.

We were actually quite accurate last time with the March SAT. I got the score I predicted. These discussions are actually quite helpful.

omar2321, i think that was 2 separate questions

for the (7x+b)(x+a)=7x(x) + cx +6…what are all possible answers? I put 13 is that right… (7x+6)(x+1)

Yes, that would be acceptable. As are 43, 17, and 23

Did anybody get 3 for the x-intercept fill-in with f(x)+1?

i think so

i got the writing experimental as well

i also got the exp. writing section

what colleges did people send their scores to?..bad mistake?

i sent mine to cornell, columbia, darmouth, and U or Chic.

Prosaic was the answer to which question?

questions!!
motorcycles: immediacy or control

writing: carb question…seemed like there were 2 right answers

on CR i saw inconsistency and breadth of knowledge as answers to questions…what were the questions?

gracias!

does anybody remember the answer to the question on writing which goes something like “though most Americans know that their actions are something, they are unwilling to change it.” it seems to me that “change it” as well as “they are” are incorrect. as far as i can remember, no object is introducted to which “it” can refer, and i also believe “they are” should linguistically be “many are”

change it is grammatically incorrect…it should be changed to them (the actions)

PROSAIC anyone? question please and other choices

yes that was a right answer over close-knit, but i put close-knit

was prefaced the right answer for that question?
