***OFFICIAL MARCH 2015 SAT (US ONLY)***

Thanks rdeng2614. I really want to get my scores to. 750 writing, 700 critical reading and 750 math. This time I took it I got 600 writing, 550 critical reading and 650 math. I’m really looking for some books that will really help me as I’m gonna put in a lot of time and effort over the next few months to prepare for the june test

So how many no errors were there?? How was the writing curve??

Is Barron’s 2400 also a good book to use for studying?

@ihatesatsm I missed one and if I’m assuming correctly what I missed, then there were 5 no errors.
Skiing, tomatoes, constructed from, actors, anthropology past and present

M: 800
R: 660:
W: 770 w/ 11 essay

help improve reading please!

What books did you guys study from? Other than blue book from college board. Any tips to improve critical reading and writing?

How do you see your essay score, all I see are the three subtest and when I try to click on details it says they will not be out until 4/7/15

Scores in Oct Math 800
CR 690
W 620

Mar SAT Math 760
CR 680
W 660

Happy writing is up but not happy with the other scores. If every school superscored it would be fine but some do not. May be I will take again.

Disregard above, I went in a different way and now I see the essay and percentages.

by the way I was just joking about my score earlier

it was an april fools joke so it doesn’t reflect the actual curve!

I’m seeing lots of 780 on math. Do you think -1 is 780? Not a bad math curve.

I think they key to CR is vocab (direct hits 1&2) and lots of practice, figure out which method or combination of methods works for you.

As far as retaking, if you think there is room for improvement based on how you did compared to practice tests and PSAT, then retake. But if you scored similar to how you scored in the past, that’s probably how the cards are going to fall unless you want to put intense effort into studying and take lots of practice tests.

The SAT online course is really good, and has 10 more practice tests. It is expensive and is only good for a year.

So disappointed. I got 1810 and this was my second time… I’m in the top 5-10% of my class and I take very rigorous AP classes but I didn’t have time to actually prep for the SAT. If I study over the summer, is there a good chance I can get it to a 2000+ in october (I’m currently a junior)?

CR 670
W 750
M 760

SO HORRIBLE UGH , gonna study for a 2250+ in october

CR: 740
M: 760
W: 760 (8 on the essay)
Pretty satisfied, my math went up 100 points and in happy with my CR! I think the essay reader must’ve been tough though.

2200:

M: 780 Cr: 680 w: 740

Should I consider retaking because of my low cr score?

M 670 R AND W 600.
Literally so disappointed… the worst part is now I have to take it again and the waste of money for Princeton review

770 CR
740 Math
730 Writing
2240 Super scored to 2270 with my 800 CR
GOODBYE SAT HELLO FREEDOM!!!

500 CR
630 M
580 W (11 essay)
Wasn’t expecting much, cr is a killer

@SkeetOnTheSheet‌ If this is your first time taking it, then I’d retake it. I had the same problem, 2200 total with 630 cr, so I’m retaking it

Does anyone know what the curves were?

780 on Math yasssss
720 on Writing okkk
560 on CR vommmmm

I hate CR. So much. That’s actually worse than the score I got on the Jan SAT, 590. But I was able to raise my overall by 270 points to 2060 from the 1890 I got last time, so I think if I do actual prep next time, especially with the vocab problems and CR overall, I might be able to raise it by another 200 points.

I could’ve had an 800 in Math if I hadn’t read the stupid three polygon problem wrong :frowning:
