@sateven For the skiing question, I put “never had” as the error because I rushed. I never got “ingrained and untenable” and “monolithical” and “undecisive” also. Rest I agree with. I think I’m screwed.
@satanxieta i had No Error for the skiing one and anthropology. But I can’t remember what the tomato and construction questions were…
Also, I put analogy cuz there was a long sentence about comparing it to a Russian novel and something else I think
@Willynilly123 i put past and present b/c it didn’t match with the whole context
the text was about how anthropology is defined as a comparison between (~ and ~), past and present so i thought the comparison could apply to the past and present too if it was left that way, which doesn’t make sense.
sorry i forgot what the tomato problem was but i think it was #17
Are you guys talking about the short passage with biography and DJ rapper? They asked what device did the first passage use? And he it like “intertwine …”
Oh yeah, it compared it to mosaics, that was the other thing, which is why it’s analogy
-
Last question on one of the math sections: something along the lines of g(x) = 3/x + ?. Does anyone remember what the question asked for
-
Reading - Japanese track field thing. what was the answer to the Question about Mom’s role in the story (some of the choices were introspective, vigilant, etc)
-
Same japanese story, it was the question right after the one i mentioned above. question asked something along the lines of “the final scene with Saburo and his dad can be described as” … some of the choices i remember were jovial and cordial. What was the answer?
Also, one of the math sections had a question about a girl doing sit ups. was that experimental?
wait is it built from or built of/with??? (Hurricane question)
Can anyone confirm the contingency question? Was it degree of detail, synthesis, or volume?
I chose degree of detail because the volume answer stated the volume of information previously unknown which didn’t really makes sense. And, the author never discusses how well one need synthesize, but that all of the different information be there to make this mosaic. Anyone?
@ShutYourMouth Asked for which number made the equation impossible, answer was 3.
Supportive.
Strained.
@ShutYourMouth I did not have that.
-
The question asked which f(x) could not equal. The answer was 3. 3 divided by a number plus 3 can never equal 3, as 3 divided by any number can never equal 0.
-
Supportive?
-
The answer was strained.
@satanxietea Volume, 1st passage mentions how the volume of info is the most important.
for anyone who doesnt want to read the whole thing plus there is an assload of ppl asking the same question mult times:

the text was like
The buildings, built from bricks… and i thought it should be either built of or built with
For the creativity passage, one of questions said “in lines 71-72 what aspect of creativity is the author focusing on?” Or some thing like that and two of the options for the answer were
C. Iconoclasm
D. Originality
Does anyone who had this passage know if it was C or D? I was stuck between the two.
@standardizedpest Answer to the meaning of enjoy was savor, not command. Command was too harsh for the context of the sentence.
@Willynilly123 But didn’t it say volume of the “information previously unknown.” If you read that literally, it is saying how much you did not know before, not how much additional information was gained, right?
Does anyone remember anything about the experimental writing one XD?
@danm235 Originality
