***OFFICIAL MARCH 2015 SAT (US ONLY)***

@sateven I may have put No Error for that, but I can’t remember. The 1st writing section sorta blended in with the experimental one for me

@standardizedpest‌ how do you know saburo was not paying attention?? i thought since he does mention the gist of what he is saying, i said it was hard to understand because of the abstract matter of his speech.

and why is it command but not savor? i still don’t get that

yo idk i’m just surveying answers

@danm235‌ i said originality because it said about being “new”

iconoclasm is about attacking past perceived beliefs, a bit away from the meaning of originality

@danm235‌ I said originality

i thought he was not paying attention bc that makes the most sense for the metaphor of water passing through the net??? idk most ppl put that when i was scrolling through the thread

@sateven it’s savor, not command. And he wasn’t paying attention cuz the next sentence said he was just paying attention to his father’s voice, not the actual words.

I seem to be the only one who said this so I am leaning towards me being wrong but for the tone of the author in the final creativity paragraph I said conflicting.
My reasoning was that the question asked the tone of the whole paragraph, not the tone towards the contributions of the individual. So, while on one hand the author says that the contributions were important, he also says after that the domain of this particular study was broken and needed much improvement. Thus, he has opposing feelings. He feels that the accomplishments were positive, but the overall system was negative.

Like I said, I am not too confident.

@Willynilly123‌ difficult worthwhile or useful/divisive???

@satanxietea‌ the question was the authors tone towards cfuisnviudsky, not the entire passage (at least that’s what i saw)

btw just need to clarify this, but for the last section there was one about jane goodall has begun researching…
does it have to be just “began”? i thought that since the act of beggining can’t be continuous it shouldn’t be has/had

@standardizedpest‌ i put useful/divisive

@sateven‌ i put that also ty ty

Why is it not refinement? Wasn’t it talking about building upon an older one or creating a new one? Refinement kind of means that

i got 15/34 too but then again i got like no sleep the nigh before the test so i might have glazed over or something idk

@sateven‌ Ok. I most likely read the question wrong.

However, for the useful/divisive, I understand divisive, but how useful? To me the author disliked the theory, and thought it was unnecessary.

@satanxietea‌ the only reason i thought of useful was because the tone question i put appreciative as the asnwer nothing else lol

@standardizedpest‌ I put “difficult but worthwhile” but everyone else is saying something else.

@CEOSandeep‌ I put difficult/worthwhile too, but I was debating heavily between that and useful/divisive

@sateven No, I meant the question as to how the author viewed the theory.
Useful but divisive
Difficult but worthwhile
or
Interesting but futile

Would they curve this SAT more than the December one?
Please. Does anyone know?

I put useful but divisive, divisive because the author said stuff about how there were opponents of the people who believed that creativity can be found without critical acclaim, polarizing into two different views
