asparo89, despite u saying which k question is 1st, other testtakers could have a different k question as 1st because two 25 min math sections (18/24 questions) can be switched around. that’s why when u said 1st k question, it doesn’t tell me anything…

hey, was protean the answer for one?

mmm very true smartboy…then i guess you can’t help me.oh well

hey how many can u miss on the reading section to still get at least a 700 for this one? anyone
and what about the writing section. say if i get like 9-10 on the essay.

YOMAMAISHOT:

Verbal - Combined for an estimate 700: Omitted/Wrong combined at most - 10.

Writing - 14 Omitted/Wrong combined, and at most with a combined Essay Writing Score of a 10.

last time I missed 7 and got a 690…just a warning.

So, my estimates aren’t far off.
Good to know!

Does anyone remember that math problem where it was like… the first number is 2 the second and the 3rd number is 30 greater than the second? Then it said that the numbers… something about adding up to 180.

If someone can remember/explain this, I shall be grateful :D

well i know the answer was d…

I remember either putting down C or D… can’t remember.

If anyone can remember this problem, feel free to PM me or post here.

was the answer like

Y + (Y-30) + (2Y-60)? I think thats what i put when Y = 60

I don’t think it was like that because if you plug in 60, you get 150. The equation was supposed to equal 180.

I remember a question in the painter article in the beginning, it was something about the confusion talked about. I also changed something in the last second.

I think I put that the confusion was about emotions.

There was also something that asked why he listed attributes of the painting. It was either emphasizing technical aspects or because the other guy trivialized things with his emotional descrption, but I don’t think he did that since the narrator also had emotional description but he just derived it from technical aspects of the painting.

Yeah, I put that the confusion was about the emotions.

I put that he wanted to emphasize the technical aspects of the painting for the other question.

was one of the sentence completion answers: tacit? (may be spelled wrong)

I don’t remember putting that… I remember seeing the word ‘taciturn’ but the answer to that was ‘docile’.

it was like answer A to one of the questions…I think it may be right.

Yeah, probably. I don’t remember all my answers to the sentence completions…

They used a lot of hard words even for the easier SCs this time… like protean, precocious…

I know one pf the easiest answers was: spread. Is this correct?

I think I remember putting that down.
