@AlienMax31 NU will email us the information of setting up our portals on the day when decisions are released. However, you can click on the link and set up your portal now, so you don’t have to wait for their emails to access your portal.
Thank you!
Gulliver Prep down in Miami. @SimRanWalked
Did any of you guys receive your admission decisions?
@AlienMax31 I think the only people that received theirs are questbridge applicants
This post has been very active today. ;
Obviously NU is my #1 choice, and I love it so so much, and I am sure you guys do as well, however what are your guys’ back up plans, like what is your plan of action if by some wild chance you do not get in? For me i will be applying ED2 to Vanderbilt.
@tylerperez12 @simranwalked Wow, what are the odds that we are all interested in Medill? I go to Dreyfoos
Hey guys! I’m a tad bit late - I just applied RD. How does it work? Does Northwestern have a portal/will I get an email confirmation? What should I expect?
Best of luck to ED people!
@tylerperez12 I have applied to three other schools, besides NU. I will probably apply to UChicago, NYU, and Brown if I get rejected, but it will probably take me a few days to cry and get over the rejection.
Ok fam with 61 qb acceptances, in addition to athletes+legacy, how many seats (assuming 1061 total ed seats) are left for the rest of us?
@cisobelm Sorry for the late response! I’m applying mostly to biology programs and/or animal science majors (I want to go to veterinary school) but I applied also to Cornell, UPenn, Tufts, University of Michigan, and 3 of the UC schools. I live in SoCal, so naturally I’m applying to schools with seasons and actual weather :)) I’d only add CogSci if I went to NU, UMich, or UPenn, because it’d be housed in the same college I think.
@Chicagodreams9 I applied with legacy (sister graduated from NU) and I have not received anything yet. So what do u mean by legacy. Are people with legacy already getting theirs?
@rishipandey125 I think he is just saying that people with legacy have much higher chances of getting in, so that leaves the rest of us with fewer seats.
Anyone applied to biological sciences??
@Vlau0707 Gotcha! If questbridge applicants got theirs already we should be getting it in the next couple of days.
@tylerperez12 hey you’re applying ED2? I’m considering ED2 for Emory, how does that whole process work? Like is it better to apply ED2 if you’re really passionate about going there, like ED1? And would ED2 still have higher acceptance rates? If you don’t mind explaining lol
@ccnwxrain me!
@rishipandey125 Yep, FOUR DAYS (max) to go guys!!!
@Zpower99 hi!! hope we both get in!!
