***Official Nov 2014 SAT (US ONLY)***

@satissomuchfun‌ I think most people chose static (it’s what I chose), I only faintly remember the passages but I feel that neither of them specifically mentioned how punctuation could create clarity (especially the first one that vouched for no punctuation).

and the relationship between the two passages was that passage two was rigid right?

@biosmasher‌ Hm, I’m not sure. Do you remember any of the other answer choices?

@aytsDennis‌ According to the mods, all links to google docs will be removed and one shouldn’t bother asking for one, so no google doc :-/

This may be a dumb question but there was a question that said K+2 = an even number. What is divisible by K+2- was that 2 or K+2. I assumed K+2 because everything is a multiple of itself

No, its just 2

@APsooof‌ I don’t remember what I put but I think that was a trap answer. not sure though

it was talking about k, not k+2

All I can say is that critical reading ripped me a new hole.

son of a bitc h

@APsooof‌ I think I remember that question and having picked just 2, but I’m not sure about my train of thought. I think I was able to eliminate the other answer choices, although I’m not positive (I rushed that section a little). It would help if we could remember more details about the question :)

Edit: Like someone mentioned, it was asking about just k in relation to k + 2 and didn’t they set a minimum value for k as well?

@APsooof‌ It was something along the lines of 5 consecutive odd integers, whose average is p. If you remove the smallest and largest numbers, what will the new average be in terms of p? (I believe it’s p, since the smallest and largest value shift the average in opposite directions but with equal effect, therefore the average stays the same).

something about 5 consecutive odd integers and what would happen if you removed the largest and smallest integer

@FullMixedOxide‌ I think it’s not static too. I got it wrong, though :(

Link anybody? Would be rly nice

@satshawty i got 1200 too! but i feel like i put 2300 for something? not sure haha.

@cornelian prefigured … challenged i think. it was about the court case intising battles for civil rights?

@satissomuchfun‌ Yeah I’m not entirely sure about that question. I guess it’s either static or the other answer choice that some people have mentioned.

what was the cr answer for the vocab question with eschew and something about rhetorical inventiveness?

@navin It’s still p, the same thing. I’m pretty positive about that.

@satissomuchfun ok, i got p.
