<p>Sigh, I’m upset I got waitlisted because Northwestern is my first choice. But seriously it’s been an insanely hard competition this year with 32k, plus NU is such a stellar school.</p>
<p>@skittlescutie I am sure you have other choices. Hang tight… The IVYs are a “reach” for 2400 and Four point Os too. A school that wants you will find you.</p>

<p>We were on the drive home from Case Western Reserve when I got the email and the entire duration of the drive afterwards I made my dad stop at almost every McDonald’s so I could use the free WiFi to check if the page would load yet and it actually didn’t until I got home, but accepted!! I am SO happy!</p>

<p>aaaaand denied. I have to say, that was a bit of a slap in the face. Honestly, my essay for NU was pretty awful compared to other essays I’ve written, but I still didn’t expect a rejection at all. Oh well, the tuition’s a bit high for my tastes anyway.</p>
