<p>If I get into HPME, I don’t care what happens on March 29th, I’ll enroll at NU on the spot. so basically, I’m as anxious as all of you and I really hope it’s tomorrow!</p>
<p>Yeah, but won’t larger universities have larger admissions staffs? I’m sure a place like UC Berkeley has ten times the staff of a tiny place like Swarthmore. So I don’t think school size is a big factor in when decisions come out.</p>
<p>I was referring to NU’s prestige and popularity that attracts so many applicants, not necessarily its size</p>
<p>Actually, Boston College sent out its decisions today. Hopefully, Northwestern releases decisions tomorrow! Does anyone know if we will get an e-mail prior? Or will we just receive an e-mail around 6pm EST with our decision?</p>

<p>I’m so conflicted whether I hope the decisions come out tomorrow or not! If it’s bad news, my hopes for other top schools will be crushed… LOL 
So half of me wants the decisions to come out next week, but half of me is so curious!</p>

<p>Based on last years’ decisions, this is by no means true! All top schools are a bit of a lottery and D knew plenty of kids rejected by NU who were admitted to other top schools.</p>

<p>I don’t think anyone knows for certain but for the past few years the decisions were released on the 4th Thursday of the month. That is today! Good luck to all.</p>
<p>@maani9422, Lehigh released decisions yesterday, and apparently so did BC. I think it will probably be today, but maybe that’s only because that’s what I want to happen.</p>

<p>@DramaLlama12179 Well I applied to Lehigh, and I haven’t heard anything; I think the only ones who have are people who were invited to diversity weekend. Nothing to get worked up about :)</p>
<p>My college counselor just called NU, and they said that the earliest they’d release decisions would be the 29th.</p>
<p>^That comment just totally quashed my hope for a first US university decision coming along my way tonight… :D</p>
