Yeah… So jealous. Their lives are basically set haha :D

My twin brother got denied from Columbia today. Hopefully the same doesn’t happen to me!

… sigh …

Just a little off topic, am I the only who hates being on Spotify and all of a sudden “This album is not available in your country” pops up??

I live in America, not like, naria.

thanksgiving closure

@Serendipitee, Maybe I will start it in the wee hours of this coming morning. And, haha, it is okay. I doubt many people pick up on it. It is a play on my home state, can you guess where that is?

It would appear that we have a bonofide Idaho-ian on our hands

Idaho-ian lol. Is there a word for Idaho natives?

wow. i can’t believe so many other people are also up till freakish hours. how late do you guys stay up on the average school night?
my sleep schedule has been awful this year-- usually i’m up till 11 or 12, then wake up between 3 and 4 :p

Indeed, I come from the great state of Idaho!

^It is only 10:20 for me…

It is Idahoan, haha.

Haha it’s 9:20, and I plan on sleeping at a reasonable 12am. Rewriting my Princeton essay:P and I have a Spanish Lit essay to study for. I don’t have the time to frantically obsess over the results, though it’s LOOMING.

Will you guys slack for the rest of the year if you guys get into Stanford?

oh god, i forgot about the time zone differences. well, goodnight to all you lucky folks who will get your stanford decisions hours sooner-- or at least feel like you do. i am going to bed i think. maybe if i listen to enough christmas music i’ll forget to stress over the possibility of getting a decision tomorrow…

@unsureonlife: in my opinion, east of eden is x100 better than the grapes of wrath! It’s a little underrated though, just a lot better :)

@serendipitee: I hope to sleep at a reasonable 12am too, but ahh soo much homework and too many essays. I just want to sleep the time away!

whoa I stopped lurking for two days and there’s now 2000+ posts
haha we have internationals here : ) and I’ve been staying up late for the past few months as well, like up till 12, when before the start of summer I went to bed at 1030.
and mmm I’ll get my letter saturday morning.

I dislike Dan Brown
really liked the first book I read (I think it was Angels and Demons?) but I don’t know, after reading all his books currently out there I felt the plot got really repetitive (I think someone mentioned this a little while before…)

And Pillars of the Earth :D!!! I haven’t gone through it all but up till now it’s really good.
It reminds me a bit of Cathedral of the Sea, which is also pretty amazing.

By the way anyone read high fantasy?! David Eddings, Roger Zelazny, R.A. Salvatore, Sergei Lukyanenko etc.?
Or normal-ish teen fantasy like Artemis Fowl, Wicked Lovely?

This is random but yesterday we did a Permutation/Combination problem in math class about a centipede and his shoes+socks, and I went “YAY James and the Giant Peach!”
I couldn’t believe that no one in my class had watched it before…
wt* that was like my favorite movie in preschool.

I feel u with James I loved it

I feel u with James I loved it

do any people find out before december 15?

No one knows for sure. We will see when tomorrow comes around.

Unsureonlife: yes, we are in the same boat…but damn it’s entertaining around here.
